ListPro with Outlook Task

Hi all, after reading the forum, understand that ListPro is a good program for tracking tasks etc.

But can ListPro intergrate with MS Outlook Tasks? Meaning when I sync it, will the task in the ListPro be shown on Outlook Tasks?

No
Listpro uses a file-based storage system for its data whereas MS outlook uses POOM (?) data i.e internal database of PPC so they don't talk directly to each other.

Oh... hmm... that seems to pose a problem for me.... because I use the tasks in Outlook for my office work....

Anyone has any suggestions?

I do not use ListPro for "normal" "everyday" task management. The Tasks application (which I supplement with PocketInformant and PocketBreeze) does that very well for me.

What I do use ListPro for is "List Management". Items such as shopping lists, inventories, tracking orders, automobile maintenance, packing lists, +++

I do have a few Tasks that refer to larger lists that are in ListPro.

There is some additional information about Tasks and priorities and how I set mine up on my website if you are interested.

There are some list programs that offer a version for PPC and a version for your desktop computer. That way you can view and edit lists on both platforms and sync them back and forth. The one that I have is a commercial program called Trenotes and it works very well. I can't remember if I've seen similar dual-platform programs on freewareppc.com or not.

I refer to my lists frequently. If you don't want to do that and you want them to pop up on the screen then you would have to enter them as tasks.
