All of a sudden I started getting this error message when I click on the Explore button in ActiveSync.

Failed to start Remote Services: Critical Communications services have failed to start. Try resetting the mobile device, and then connect again.

I have reset the thing several times and I get the same thing. I'm trying to put a 50mb video file on a CF card. How can I fix this? Do I need to hard reset it?

Please Help.

If you have a firewall running, try disabling it.
