I just saw a video on how to modify a standard webcam to work in infrared and it got me to thinking. Could this be used in some way on my PDA?

Ideally the rig would be some combination of IR modded webcam, IR LEDs for illumination, bluetooth to serial converter connected to the webcam, and then view the webcam output on my Axim.

All the hardware is relatively trivial. The problem is I don't know of any software for PPC that will pull images off of a webcam.

Does anyone here know of any such software?

Basically, if you have a USB host CF card like the Ratoc or Twin Paradox Solar Express II, you can hook up a Logitech QuickCam 5000 webcam.
