Question newbie outlook and calendar questions

A couple of questions for you guy/girls.
I just bought axims for myself and my wife after reading reviews and compareing it to other pocket pcs.
I have lost contacts when sycning in my outlook contacts any idea why?
Second is it possible to have to separat events happen at the same time in outlook or any other calendar program, so we can keep track of what we are doing and where the other one is, so we can schedaul while knowing what the other one is doing?
Thank you for the help

You can have two events at concurrent times - although outlook will warn you that you have conflicting appointments!

I'm not sure why you would have lost contacts - you should be asked if there are unresolved items by activsync
