hi all,

I recently upgraded from X5 to x50v. and yesterday I found this Finalburn CPS1,2 Neogeo emulator. Looks great!!

So i decided to try it on my x50v. installed ver 0.007 finalburn and put some CPS2 roms in it. Cache created then I got the game screen.

Here are the problems.

1) The game screen is broken. some parts - such as text - are just fine but some graphics are cut(?) into pieces. (sorry for bad english)

(I tried D&D2 and Armwar, both game gave me same graphic problem. Tried games in true vga using ozvga but same result)

2) How do you control the game? the physical buttons on my x50v do nothing. On the option, there is screen pad but i don't know how to use it.

Hi there!

First you have to know that there are different types of ROMs (they get updated/changed, too) of the games, maybe you've got a broken one. Then on the other hand, NeoGeo is harder to perform then the other MAME games finalburn supports, the compatiblity isn't 70%

Second, you can change the controls when you click on the screen with your stylus during gameplay, the menu then pops up, you can not change keyconfig before starting a game.

Do you mean the Onscreen Buttons? I think they should, haven't tried them for myself though as I've enough buttons and only played in Portrait.
