Flex Mail 2007

I am having problems getting Flex Mail 2007 to sync with my Gmail server. I have the default gmail setting set for flex mail, it syncs and it does not show anything in the inbox. Settings are set on gmail to allow pop3.

Anyone know what wron or have the same problem??

I followed the instructions under Gmails help menu on all the settings and flexmail syncs fine for me. Does it not sync in just one location or all locations. I can't sync any pop3 accounts at school with flexmail since they block all such transfers.

Do you use any other program to retrieve Gmail, i.e. Outlook or Outlook Express? Gmail will only transfer new emails 1 time through POP3, so if you previously received new emails, they won't show up again without turning POP 3 of, then on again in Gmail.

I turned off POP3 and turned it back on for Flexmail.

It does sync but it only downloads 6 mail messages. One which welcomes me to Gmail, and others are blank messages that say "has invited you to Gmail" no other messages download. I have gmail set to allow all messages to download and flexmail set to download mail from the past 3 days only. And trust me, I've gotten mail in the past three days. And still nothing.

I just set up my gmail to go to my flexmail 2007 account...

You have to enable your POP account at gmail
(how to found at this link)
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...273&topic=1556

And then configure flexmail
(used this link's instructions)
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=13287

Make sure use authentication, SSL, ports listed, account names etc that have listed on the help page when configuring your flexmail

I was able to set it up and receive mail without any issues :)
