Pocket Streets (part of MS Streets and Trips 2004) - trying to load it on my X50v. I followed all the suggestions on a previous thread. Everything works fine till the X50v installation. I find three new *.zip files in my Active Sync/Pocket Streets file. P.RAP_ARM.CAB, PRAP_mips.CAB and P.RAP_SH3.CAB. Best I can figure out, I am to copy these files to my X50v under Program Files then Add/Remove Programs. Tried it and nothing works. If I unZIP them on my PC and copy them to my X50v, still nothing happens. There are several identical files in each .ZIP file.
What do I do with these three .ZIP files to get them unZIPped, copied to by X50v and installed? Thanx.

I have ms street and trip 2005 and 2007.
on the cd, can you find a file called: pocketstreets.ppcarm.cab
put that in you pda and use File Explorer and run it.

The 2004 cd has a folder called Pocket Streets. Just go into this folder, and click on the setup.exe file. The program will install on your PDA using the standard ActiveSync installation routine.

PTL - went to Pocket Streets file in my PDA under My Documents and found the ARM file using File Explorer. One click and it was installed. Thanx for your help. I am most blessed with the support.

For those who use Pocket Streets 2005 discovered how to get ahold of maps of cities/locations other than those listed on the microsoft site without buying Streets & Trips?

The cities/Maps offered are very limited. I'll probably just end up taking screenshots of GoogleMaps now that its out anyway.

1..open your microsoft street program from the desktop pc (or laptop).
2..select a small section of the map (if it is too big it will not let you do it).
3..click on File --> Export Map for Pocket Street...
4..copy the file created from step 3 and put it on you sd or cf card.<-- I have a folder on my SD card called "Street".
