Hello. I downloaded a free version of the Tengo keyboard. It's great and I could type much faster than with the normal keyboard. Unfortunately it only worked on Pocket Word. Does the full version work in all programmes? Thanks.

I purchased it quite a while ago (over a year ago) -- so I can't vouch for the free version, but the version I've got works with everything. It's just another input method that is listed.

Amazing how fast you type with Tengo once you get in the swing of things!

Because of Tengo, I haven't even considered an IR/BT keyboard.

Have you tried a soft reset?

I used Tengo Free and found it worked with almost everything, the only problem I had was with Opera where it would garble words. I think it was more of an Opera issue though...

i'm currently using free version... I do like it, it works well.. But the price of 24.95 is a bit too much for someone like myself, full time student living off of loans. Is there a discount of some sort for the registered version?
or should I just stick w/ sometimes buggy free version. It seems to work fine, but I do find it to be not as smooth in use as the version you pay for.

What would recommend?
If its to be purchased, can anyone tell me where to look for any discounts... Any help is much appreciated

Tengo (either free or registered) is a plug-in replacement for the standard SIP keyboard in Windows Mobile - it is not program specific. I.E. it doesn't care what application you're using at the time.
