Power point slide editor/marker?

I have seen some pretty cool programs for tablet PC's that allow you to open a power point presentation and mark up all of the slides with the pen. Is there anything like this for the PPC?

I would like to be able to open slide shows in class, then make notes on them (circle things, underline/highlight stuff, etc) and then be able to save the markings so that I can study off of them later.

Thanks.

PowerPoint Mobile is a viewer only.

I did a quick google search and didn't come up with an editor.

Well...I just tried Phatpad...it is very close to what I want. It would be perfect if I could have a different background for each drawing (I would just convert all of my powerpoint slides into jpegs, then use them as backgrounds). But, when you select a background, it makes it the background of EVERY note. Anyone know of a program that allows different backgrounds to be used for each note?
