SPB Time and today screen issue after DST update
Does anyone have the issue of the today screen plugin on SPB Time having the incorrect time after updating for the new DST?
In the actual SPB Time program the time is correct, just on the today screen I show one hour earlier than it actually is. The system clock is correct.
Not sure what to do.
Thanks

I had the simullar problem with SPB Diary. My pocket outlook shows the correct appointment time, but SPB diary on today screen shows the one our earlier. What is strange it happend only to one recursive appointment. Two other recursive appointments were ok - the correct time in calendar and spb diary.
Also I am not in USA, I am in New Zealand, but I applied DST patch anyway so my WorldMate shows the correct time for US cities.
What i did to fix problem with this one appointment - I deleted it from my Outlook (on PC), then created it again and sync my pocket pc - it fixed the problem.

This is what I found and still have an issue...
"What I did to fix it, uninstalled SPB Time. soft reset, re installed, made all the cities = a city I would not use. Deleted all cities in the favorites list, copied over the new city database, added my cities. "
"I followed the steps above and it worked like a charm for me. Just navigate to where you have SPB Time installed (BIS, SD Card, CF Card) and replace the TimeCitiesDB DAT File with the new download. "
Now what is referred to as the "new download"?

I've tried the steps (including uninstall / install) a couple of times without success. International cities work fine; All US cities are one hour off.

I'm guessing the new 2.1.4 version fixes the time issue.
Version 2.1.4 (Mar 13, 2007):
* Cities database updated (Daylight Saving)

If anyone is trying to go thru SPB site to upgrade and the serial number isn't accepted, just download the new one and enter your serial number in the installation process and it'll work,
thanks
I had been bugging them, they don't ever contact me, ,but they took care of it. :approve:
