The Saga Continues. . . I've only once gotten the OWA function to work and now for some reason emoze simply has stopped picking up my mail. Have any of you folks noticed a reliability issue with emoze? I have a replacement X51v in route thanks to Dell's exchange program. (I removed my CF card and got some pins as an unwanted bonus.) Maybe the new one will work better although I doubt I have a hardware problem.
Any other email push programs you can recommend, even for pay versions, will be very much appreciated. Thanks.

I am having the same problem as all of the rest of you. The PC Connector works pretty well but I sometimes get a "pc connector down" error. However I have never been able to get the OWA connection to work. I get a "cannot log on to emoze server" error. Has anyone here gotten this to work reliabily?

I've given up on EMOZE (sorry). My company is running MS Exchange 2007 and I know that Blackberry's Internet Service doesn't support it yet. I emailed EMOZE and they are testing Exchange 07. I haven't heard anything yet.

LOL wow looks like I'm not missing anything special with OWA :p

To Burkey,

Yeah there are some other push email apps

Free:
1. Yahoo Go! (Pushes from every 5min-30min/ As well as syncs PIM to Yahoo :D)
Of course you need a yahoo email account to get the ball rolling.

2. Windows Live Suite: (Instant Push/ IM/ Today screen integration/etc :approve:)
Ripped from Black 2.5 @ XDA developers, you will need a msn/hotmail account to get this working.

Of cousre if you gon't have the specific E-mail of either you can always forward your current email to either newly made account. ;)

Not-Free:
(I know nothing about either of them)

Flexmail 2007
Blackberry WM app (not yet released)

I do hope EMOZE has an update comming and a better way to PUSH besides OWA/Ex Server since that seems to be outside of the average users reach.
The PC connector can only do so much.

@noiro

thanks for this. bear in mind though that yahoo so far only works with some windows mobile smartphones, not pocketpc's (i.e. no go if you have a touchscreen) and windows live is still largely a beta products (even if msft says otherwise).

so.... the only way to sync a pc based outlook and a webmail and a pocket device remains with Exchange/outlook/windows mobile.

It would be nice to have an alternative to exchange!

Not true,

I have it on my X51v. ;)

Here you go, Yahoo Go for PPC/WM
http://sites.mobile.yahoo.com/go/mobile/windows

Emoze will fully sync/intergate "All" Outlook PI & Mail.
I use it at work. Yahoo will work anywhere and it will log PIM online incase you are away from it elsewhere.
