I used this program called ChemiCalc last year for my entry level Chem class and it really made stoichiometry assignments go by a lot faster! If I recall correctly it had a Windows CE version that does work on WM5, however I can't find it There is a Palm version so if your're interested in using StyleTap I say go for it. It's an amazing piece of software.

I use a Texas Instruments emulator. I have a TI-92 calculator "running" on my x51v. It is pretty sweet!

There is a really great math program that you should review. It's called Succeed in: Math! It's an assessment AND remediation program for students in grades 8-12

After the assessment, the program creates a customized remediation plan from their library of content modules for each student, based on individual needs. Each module combines animation, bilingual narration (English/Spanish), interactive practice and an end-of-module quiz. If a student passes the quiz, he/she moves to the next module in the plan. If not, the program takes the student to lower level content to create a solid foundation in the basics before stepping back through higher content levels, ultimately providing opportunity for subject mastery.
