I ran accross this dll that makes cLaunch workable with vga. This makes icons appear clearly and it makes the faunt easier to read in the settings portion. But, the tabs are still very difficult to read. I like this free utility and I am glad that this developper has put this fix out for us.

You simply put the cLaunch.dll into the Windows directory and select cLaunch from the today settings.

Yay. I like claunch but the icons look like crap in vga. great fix.

It made everything really small(true vga) is it supposed to do that?

You could set icon size by clicking the "Settings" button for individual tabs. Set it as large as you can see. However the font size of the tabs cannot be changed.

I had to rename the file. When I downloaded it the file was called index.exe to claunch.dll. Did a reset and now its in VGA. Great find!!!

Hit the one that is after the first paragraph, bullet points and then the heading "とりあえず修正したもの" and then "claunch.dll"

Well I was able to produce the error on my machine by saving the target as an html and then launching it. But if I launch it directly from the page it dowloads just fine for me. I do not have any idea why it is not working for you but I am able to get it to down load on my end. Sorry. It is there however.
