i use world off line and i would recommend it for viewing files offline.
it's one of the free programs that will let you save entire websites directly from your ppc
it's very easy to use instructions are very easy to understand
it's not the fastest at downloading but it does the job fairly well
what i recommend if possible is to use a program like WebSite downloader (it's free) then go to any website that you want to read later on your ppc. and copy it to WebSite downloader from there you just copy that folder directly to your storage card and your good to go.
the thing that good about world off line though is if you have no internet at home or if you are out and have access to a hotspot you can read any web pages at a later time with it.
