I wasn't trying to get a registration code or pirated software...I wanted to find out how to have my registration code e-mailed to me again...and have since found out through another route.

Just wanted to clarify.

I ordered the upgrade from Handango, the registration code was emailed me (from DeveloperOne) immediately after the order process was completed.

This is just personal impression, no proper benchmarking. I think the speed is faster on 5.0. The new views are nice. But the price tag seems a bit high.

There were probably many behind-the-scene improvements to outfit 5.0 to be Mobile 2003 compatible which are not apparent to the users. So in general I am happy with the 5.0.

For those who has no plan to upgrade to Mobile 2003. You might want to wait for some more scientific reviews before making your decision. Aximsite promised a review on Agenda Fusion 5.0.

I bought 4.9.3 and upgraded to 5.0.x.
Not sure I should have. Seems like 4.9.3 was more stable. I'm doing more soft-resets now. I cannot say for sure but dang it feels that way.

Stability doesn't seem an issue on my 5.0 upgrade. Things are actually running smoother. What OS are you running. Mine is 2002.

jonjon, you might want to report this issue to DeveloperOne. May be 5.0 creates a stability issue when working concurrently with other apps. DeveloperOne should be able to fix this. You might not be the only one with this issue.
