Question Sound Utility

Is there a utility that will let me control the system sounds more thoroughly? I am reminicing to the days of Palm OS when I could set the Alarm sounds to be ear piercing, but have the program sounds and system evens barely audible. With WM5 is looks like all the options I have are one master volume and a bunch of on/off checkboxes for the different sound types.

Anyone know of anything that will let me take control?

Something a little like this:

It bothers me but I doubt anything like that exists.

Well, if you are ok with learning how to do things, SkScheMa will do it.

There are some sound control apps out there... haven't played with them for a while though.
