I use PocketPlan. A very decent MS Project-like application, can work with native MSP files (there are some advanced MSP features that can't be used but this never bugged me).

I am not familiar with Project Master.

I am not familiar with ms project, but i need a tool like that to keep track of where I am with various projects. I am trying pocket plan now, and the one thing that I like about project master is the ability to attach ms documents to items in the project view

I also use PocketPlan- it has shown itself to be very stable and I bought MS Project to use as a desktop module for it. Hadn't come across Project Master before (but have stopped looking for project management stuff- have been eyeing off ToDo Master by same company tho) but it does look nice. Falling back to standard advice- try both and see which one suits your purposes best !
