Ladies & Gentlemen I am pleased to announce that the latest Netfront 3.4 beta FINALLY supports youtube. Also the old limit of ten bookmarks has been eliminated.

I downloaded the new tech preview. Glad to see that is out by the way because I feel Netfront 3.4 is the best option out there right now. I went to youtube and it still said I needed flash player. How did you get it to play?

You must install Flash 7 for Pocketpc. You can get a cab file here. http://www.freecabs.de

I should also add that since my axim is tethered to my sprint LG Fusic for internet service using EVDO I cannot tell you how well it will play because I only get about 300-350Kbs. Not fast enough for streaming video over the net.

I downloaded 3.4 and then I get that the software has expired....oh well.
Can it be purchased anywhere or is it still in beta form?

Still beta. Make sure that the page you got showexidate of October 2007.

I use bluetooth and the widcomm bluetooth stack on this site.

I downloaded 3.4 & flash 7 but can't get video to play. I am using axim x51v. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have the LATEST beta (expires October 2007) and that you've actually installed Flash 7. After that, head to youtube.com and you should be able to view videos.

No. Do the following, since if you had explored their pages any, you'd have found the Beta:

1) Go to the Access Software website.

2) Click "Downloads"

3) Click "Netfront 3.3 for PocketPC Trial Downloads"

4) Click "Netfront 3.4 TP" as it indicates they're no longer selling licenses for 3.3 as they're working on 3.4

5) Follow the instructions to download the beta. Note that it says the Beta will work till October 2007.

6) Make sure to install Flash 7 from Adobe's website, if you want to watch videos on YouTube.com - embedded videos on webpages may not work, however.
