okay call me lazy and/or stupid I can not find were to download calender+ AND THEME switcher??? any help

There are various programs that switch themes, so not sure if you had something in mind but there is this

Microsoft has a free theme switcher that gets installed when you install the theme generator on your computer. That can be found here.
