Active Sync always showing "Add/Remove" Programs???

Ok since last week this thing appears everytime i do sync, i click ok thinking it has to install something but does nothing, i do it all over again every time i sync... what is wrong with this thing???

Exclamation Update Active Sync

I had the same problem about a week ago. It just started out of the blue. I couldn't fix it except to sever the relationship on my old version of active sync, download the most recent version, and re-establish a relationship. So far the problem hasn't returned.

rats... thanks for the tip, I am sure that this started happening after I tried to install Gigabar and it stayed on the add remove programs of the PC but was never installed to the PDA, then i removed the program from the PC and this happened... grrrrr
