Question Landscape Web Browser

Are there any web browsers that are free which let you browse in Landscape mode comfortably?

Thanks

The only one I know of is Thunderhawk... though it's not free. At least you can try it out for 30 days. I've been using it for the past 2 weeks and I can't imagine browsing without it anymore. I'm now damned to subscribe to their service (5$/month) !

Not only does it display Web pages in portrait mode, it optimizes them for easy browsing on your PPC (the sites are optimized through their servers, hence the service fees). You can browse any site in 640x480 or even 800x600 and it's still readable. No more scrolling.

Here's the address if you want to give it a try :
www.bitstream.com

Hope this helps!

Slease, I see that you have no modem on your PPC... or you don't mention it anyway. I don't know if that's the problem but I would suggest not to bother with this thing if you don't have one. TH doesn't save pages like Avantgo so if you have to be plugged into your PC to browse, you might as well browse on your PC.

Just my 2 cents.

Other than the modem thing, I don't see what the problem could be. I also have an Axim basic. Maybe you should make sure you have enough program memory to run it. They don't specify the minimum memory requirement but I would make sure to have at least 10 mb.

Alrighty, I'll give BitStream's browser a try- and I'll see if I can get it to work.

Thanks

the ppc2003 could be true. I do have a modem but I don't use it that often and I don't know when it will be before my school puts up wireless(network guy said sometime this fall) and I won't need a wireless cf til then. So I guess I'll wait to try this thing out.
