Battery status icon

Can you tell me how to get the battery status icon to appear at the top of the today screen? I thought I read somewhere where this is an option setting, but I cannot find it.

Thanks

This thread may help you:Battery Status

Also there are several programs that display the status on the today screen, I personally like Battery Pack 2003 from Omega One. There are some freeware utilities that give the same function is you search around the forums.

Go to Settings
Click System tab
Select Switcher Bar

That puts the Switcher Bar, Brightness and Battery icons on the top.

Do you have to do that to put switcher bar back up there everytime? I have had to turn it on a few times... I want it to be up there always.

Switcher.exe can be found in your \windows directory of your device. Using explore from Active Sync, copy it into the \windows\startup folder then soft reset.
