Planet-Ed,
OK. I'll buy that idea. In my case, there are only 3-4 entries I need in my contacts list. That group is very static and if I add anyone, I can easily update it on my copy of Outlook. I tried that, but experienced the following issue. When I created a contact to look just like the entry that exists inside of Exchange, it assumed that the contact also was someone that exists at a domain outside of my LAN. So, it not only sent it correctly via my LAN, but also tried to send it out to the internet. That caused an error, but the entry did get to the correct recipient. Is this the only way to do this? Can I tweak it?
