I've having the same issue. Can't view page offline. I'm frustrated because I've done it in the past but been unable to view pages offline lately. Any page that I had successfully created and been able to view offline is still available. However, all new pages look for a network connection, wireless or otherwise.

It makes no sense to have to pay for something that the ppc says it can do for free.

On my old Ipaq I had no problem creating mobile favorites.I have tried it a few times on my X30h and get the same results that people are getting here.I wanted to save an offline map and same problem.Must be a problem with wm2003se or just the IE
Repligo is another solution,but they should fix this problem
You also can use "file/save file as "and save the webpage manually like I do on my home PC

Update : Appears that some websites do work as stated above in others posts
