I am trying to find out if Easysync software works with the Axim X5. I have a customer that needs to install Easysync software so that it will sync with his Lotus Notes. When I try to install Easysync it says Hotsync 2.0 or greater is required before Easysync can be installed. In doing some research I found that Hotsync is a Palm application. I really know nothing about PDA's and when contacting the customer's helpdesk, they were unable to assist. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.

Did you know if there are different installation packs for PPC as opposed to Palm? You might try this for support.
