I backed up all my data. Did a hard reset. Everytime i try to restore I get "restore failed" The good news is all of my programs and data actually was restored. But now my outlook does not workit say on my today screen "IPM.Root: 2Unread Messages" but no messages are there. Icannot seem to correct this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

How did you do the backup and restore?

I used the the AXIM Backup and Restore utility.

I've only used the Active Sync backup and restore, and it worked perfectly ... the one you access from the PC.
