They don't Sync with MS Money or Quicken.

I had a "checkbook" program that said it would sync with Money and that was a major mess. Let's just say it didn't sync anywhere close to the way it "should have" so becareful of that.

I have been using Cash Organizer Deluxe as my sole finance app for about the last 8 months or so. I love it. I don't even use my desktop software anymore. It can interface with any software that can import a .QIF file. This mean that you can import/export to/from Quicken/Quickbooks and MS Money. You have to do it manually, but it can be done.

Kim is supposed to be working on a direct sync to MS Money, but he hasn't finished it and hasn't said much about it in the past few months.

I just purchased the latest version of Pocket Informant. Actually, it is the 3.46 beta version available on their ftp site. After trying several previous versions and deciding it was just too slow, I decided to give it one more chance when I noticed mention of this version. I downloaded and installed it and was really amazed at the improvments in speed. Opening a new appointment with the older versions took over 5 seconds on my 400MHz Axim. This latest does it in a second or so. Overall, I am very happy with the speed, the features and I love the integration with other apps on the Axim. I am running Dashboard as my Today page and clicking on an appointment or task on the Dashboard display immediately causes the correct Pocket Informant module to run and handle the click. Agenda Fusion can't do this for some reason, which is one of the reasons I didn't consider it.

I would also like to say that Pocket Informant has an excellent support forum and they release improvements and bug fixes faster than I can keep up with. Companies like this deserve our business.
