We are writing some application to save dictations (for doctors) in wave file format. We are using WAVE_FORMAT_GSM610 format.

In client place doctors are experiencing some weird problem, that one out of four dictations are getting some blank data in it at the end of the dictation. I opened the file in binary mode, and I see all the blank audio as zero (NULL) values.

This is not happening to all clients, only for some people. Interestingly enough, we cant reproduce the same problem in-house. Hardware used is Dell Axim X5 PocketPC 2002.
