Dear Customer,

Can you please give us more information on this?
What do you mean it doesn't work?
Please open your media player and get it to play any music file you have and use HandyMenu to turn OFF your device, if the music stops then your device is OFF.
HandyMenu PowerOFF feature will work just like you pressing the on/off button.

ok i did what you said

and its really turned off the music but why the green led that shows that the PDA is ON still works?
and also when ive got an incoming call the PDA still ringing
so what is the difference between the "screen off" option to the "power off"
and where can i get the manual i want to print it.

thank you!

Dear Customer,

When you turn off your PocketPC it just goes into a suspended mode so that when you turn on your device again it continues from where it stopped.
This is how the PowerOff works, while on the suspended mode, all programs are stopped except for a small timer that keeps track of your alarms to wake the device up when it fires or your phone gets an incoming call.

ScreenOFF, will just turn the screen off while your device is still working on its full power. this is useful if you -for example- want to listen to music while not waste battery power on the screen (which you don't use while listening to the music). Start your Media Player and try the screen off, you'll find that the screen goes off while your music is still playing, this is the difference.

Then you should say it is the "suspend" button instead of the "power" button to be frank.

Btw., why "turn off screen" cannot be wake up by press of any button ?

Dear Customer,

This is set by your hardware manufacturer, usually the power button is the one to activate the screen again.
