Yup, got an answer: you indeed need separate licenses for each mobile device. Bad news for gadget freaks...

Apparently this must be enforced by it users being clairvoyant.

It's a problem for me.

Now I know it would work with all of my devices, but If I used it I would be pirating 2 copies.

So my optlons would be
1) use 1 legal copy, and 2 ilegal ones
2) use 3 ilegal copies
3) buy one copy only, and use something else for my other devices
4) use a single program such as mymobiler for everything
5) pay $105 for 3 licences!

option 5 is too expensive
option 3 is too awkward
option 1 is no diferent from option 2... but I don't pirate software.

So I have no choice but to use something else.. AND THAT'S WHAT I WILL DO.

Pretty much understandable.

BTW, I've just posted a MyMobiler review.

Here's what I get when I do a screencap with the skin enabled and check the "Do not include device skin in image" checkbox during capture. I've included a default screencap for comparison.

Just out of curiosity I wonder how other developers handle this. I have seen several developers offer $10 Smartphone versions of a programs if you already own the PPC version. That seems fair to the customer and good for the developer. Asking for the same payment multiple times would more than likely not result in multiple orders and might drive customers to a different product or push the other obvious behaviour, customers using one purchase on multiple devices regardless. Apparently the multiple uses can't be stopped by the developers so it's up to the customer to be honest.
