StyleTap Support

Anyone else having problems with Styletap's support??
My Axim died and I went on line to get a new device key, seems if your e-mail has changed since your purchase you are out of luck. You can follow their directions and send an e-mail with your orig product key, the last four of your credit card and your new e-mail address (I even put in the orig receipt number) but they never respond. I've tried twice but both times they just close the case.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems. When you requested a new key did you use our automatic website service at
https://styletap.com/replacement_key.php ?
What is your e-mail address ? We have noticed that a couple of e-mails sent out lately by our website has was rejected by the recipient's e-mail server. Perhaps it was yours.
