Odd, I was running this on a vga machine with 105 without any problems with all my kml scripts then loaded Wombat 3 (vga keyboard) and all my other kml scripts displayed but were shifted down about 40 pixels. After the kml patch you suggested though all the kml's display fine now. (after correcting the rom reference in the 49 scripts)

Hp48 Emulator error reading keyboard file

I have started from scratch and still end up with errors reading Keyboard file on the 48 with a ROM48.g.

Displayed data.
-------
Display indicates reading leo 48gx.kml
Error while opening include file Keyboard.kmi.
Fatal Error at line 563
Press Cancel to Abort.
------

Should a separate Keyboard.kmi be located in the directory or is it a part of *.kml file?

Before I started from scratch I could get the ROM49.g to execute/load but it displayed only the Display and the keys were white until I ran stylus over them and they changed to black but still weren't functional.

Go to Christoph Gießelink´s page

and download E48MB105 (replacement for our old pal Emu48CE).
There you´ll find an explanation (in English) on how to patch old KML files. I personally downloaded Wombat3 which has a VGA version.

HP48 Emulator

Thanks I cleaned everything up and started from scratch. I was able to get several kml files (several didn't work well either) :approve: .

I’ve just published my FULL roundup & tutorial on emulating HP’s calculators at http://www.aximsite.com/boards/emula...ws-mobile.html - don’t forget to check it out.

Also note that I’ve previously published a FULL roundup & tutorial on using TI’s calculators at http://www.aximsite.com/boards/appli...ws-mobile.html - it’s also worth checking out.

(Sorry for the flood – I want all interested parties to take note of these articles. They’re well worth reading, I think.)
