TCMP problem

ive tried varoius versions of tcmp and while it plays mpeg files it but it wont play .avi's and wmv files at all. before anyone asks i have installed the codecs from the tcmp site and still get the same problem. even did a hard resett and whent as far as purcashing Core as well. i still have the problem. these files used play fine but preety much overnight i have had problems playing these files back. anyone got any cluse as to what my problem is?

Sorry but I have to ask, since you re-installed TCPMP. Did you go to Options, Settings, press Select Page, choose File Associations and tik wmv and avi?

I have noticed with TCPMP, every now and then when I go to options, file associations, some of the boxes that were checked have magically become unchecked. Check that quite often!

they are all ticked did another restt and tried the older versions same problems.
