any proxy for streaming audio?

I live in Hongkong and go back to mainland China frequently. The problem is that I can't listen to streaming video with my PDA phone while I am in China (maybe the government has blocked it).

I would like to get around by using a proxy. So I hv 2 questions:
i) are there good proxies that support streaming audio? I hv only heard of proxies supporting html but not streaming audio.
ii) second, how can I set the proxy in my PDA phone's mobile Windows Media Player? I can't see the proxy option inside.

BTW, proxy settings in the Connection Manager don't affect Windows Media Player according to below article.

Connection Manager FAQ

- from the article:
The applications that does not use the proxy server settings in the Connection Manager are Windows Media Player and Microsoft Money. So make sure you configure it separately if you want to use Windows Media Player or Microsoft Money through the proxy.
