I need a program that lets me put down exercise name and have fields for reps and sets so I can keep track of my bodybuilding routine. I used to do this with pen and paper and then put it in EXCEL but now I have my Axim...
I can still do it in Excel with Axim but I figured there has to be a better program for that.
I also want one that would let me keep track of my calories BUT have at least 3 divisions of protein, fat, and carbs and allow me to specify name and number!

Which one of them fitness programs lets you create your OWN workout? I don't do pre-made.
Since you are a judge, maybe you could tell me rather than have me try each and every one of them.
I pretty much want to write down exercise name, create 4-5 fields (each field is a set) and then put down wegith for each set and number of reps. Or something along those lines that lets you record sets/reps and weights for each set.
MySportsTraining for Pocket PC lets you create your own workouts. In combination with MySportTraining for Windows and MyPersonalDiet for Pocket PC are invalueble in aiding with your workouts. I have all 3 and they all work great together, but go ahead and download the trial versions before you buy and see if they meet your needs.

I was going to suggest that I could create such a program myself, but seeing as how it appears that you needs are met, I shan't.

Personally, I would just make a pocket Excel spreadsheet. I used one for quite awhile to keep track of my caloric intake and exercises. Admittedly, though, my Excel skills are above-average, mostly because I'm content to fiddle such an application as opposed to purchasing one.

You are correct. These applications are harder to use than an Excel sheet. There is a way to zoom out in Pocket Excel, right?
Thansk for the list. I tried their free trials on my Axim. I am most impressed with the fitsync because they seem to have taken the PDA app to a higher level. The pda connection with the INternet gives many advantages. The web widgets are good way to share my results. Maybe some people prefer the extra work of spreadsheets but I already spent too much time doing that in the past.
