Question Play streams in different player?

Is there a way to change the default player? Whenever I watch video streams (C-Span, etc) 90% of the time WMP plays only audio and no video. I could have sworn last year I had this set up to play streams in another player, but I had to reformat and lost all settings.

I use both IE and Opera 8.6 and neither give me a choice of players other than WMP. I have TCPMP and a few other players installed.

You can set up file associations in tcpmp. Then those file types should always open tcpmp.
