I have done several Soft Resets but no impact. I do not want to do a hard reset just to delete this.
Any suggestions?

You will not have to perform a hardreset to delete Pocket Earth.
1. Perform a complete backup of your system using spbbackup or sktools or sprite backup.
2. Now reinstall pocket earth.
3. Now purchase and install Sktools.
4. Open sktools click view tab>maintenance>installed programs. You will see a list of all the programs that you have installed.
5. Tap and hold on the program you wish to uninstall on the context menu that is revealed select deep scan (not sure how it works; but it find buried registry keys that can bog down your system if left behind).
6. After the scan is complete your back at the program list. Tap and hold on pocket earth and select uninstall from the context menu. After sktools has finished it will tell you how much memory was recovered.
I hate to do this to you but your not finished yet.
7. Now tap view>Registry>Registry search>start search. Now type name pocket earth now tap action>ok. Delete all registry keys that are located.
8. Repeat step seven using the developers name blue point studio.
Why is all this necessary. Well unfortunately most Windows Mobile/Windows Desktop software are a lot harder to get rid of than they are to install. The built-in uninstaller is a complete joke as you can see for yourself. It leaves behind registry keys associated with the deleted program (lots of them) and in many cases entire folders worth of related files and it also leaves behind short-cuts.
Don't believe me uninstall a program then use a registry explorer and search for the programs name or it's developers name. You'll see what I mean.
