September 22nd, 2007 - Wizcode LLC today announced a major new update to Pocket Mechanic Professional, the leading Windows Mobile maintenance product. Pocket Mechanic Professional has been nominated for the Pocket PC Magazine Best Software Awards 2007 in the category of Multifunctional utilities.

The new version can be downloaded from Wizcode servers. Upgrades are free to registered users of the application. Unregistered users are encouraged to download a free 30-day trial of the application.

The new v2.70 is a major new release that adds a separate installer for Windows Mobile 6 devices, new file system cleanup code, new cleanup rules, new Safe Mode implementation, Windows Mobile 5 soft key menu, new launcher shortcuts and view modes and many other improvements.
