Which OS? Have you done any system backups? Aside from that, the only way I'm aware of to restore a general system file that is built into the ROM is by a hard reset...that is unless you just deleted the EXE, in which case someone might be able to email you the right version for you to copy onto your device.

On an axim you can't delete a program in ROM by an 'accident' but maybe you deleted the shortcut/icon.
The program is still resident.
Go to \windows and look for it.
When found you may create a new shortcut with the file explorer in edit mode.

Welcome to the site, lkmary :)

You will need the install disc for your os.

This is directions for xp, which is the most popular version of windows, since you didnt specify.

Go to Start, Control Panel. Then find Add or Remove Programs (May have to switch to Classic View). Then select the Add/Remove Windows Components tab on the left hand side, 3rd down. In the window that comes up, double click Accessories and Utlities. Another window should pop up showing a checkbox for games. If it is unchecked check it, and apply. If it is checked uncheck it and uninstall, then recheck it to reinstall. It may ask you for your xp cd.

This should fix it. This can also be done on earlier versions of windows, ive done it on my win98 pc back in the day.

Well, I think we all have our own way to get around here.
Personally I use this link as my 'homepage'

http://www.aximsite.com/boards/usercp.php

The link gives me an overview of new posts in threads that I've been posting to.
Then - of course - there is the 'New Posts' and 'Todays Posts' links available in every page on the AximSite.

So, there are a lots of information scattered around and people are very helpful
Try to click here

- sit in and enjoy :approve:
