You should be able to set this up. Here's what you need:
First, your "Cost" and "Units" columns both need to be Number columns. There's a default Units column, but it is intended to be Units as in 'pounds/ounces/gallons/bushels', not 'number of units'. If you've been using the category column called Units, you'll need to make a new Number column to replace it.
You'll also need a Total column, which needs to be a Number column as well.
Then, to set up the calculation, go into the Properties for your list and "Modify" your Total column, and choose to have it calculated with "A * B", where A and B are your "Cost" and "Units" column.
Now, whenever you enter in the quantity and price for an item, it will get totaled up. You can then go into the "Display Totals" screen in ListPro, and get the total price for everything on your shopping list.
