I'll really help your decision. :rolling: I use SK Tools, Memmaid and Pocket Mechanic and when I want to clean up "system cooties" I use all three because each one seems to find some things that the others missed. Overall however, Memmaid has a cleaner look than SK Tools but is pretty much the same thing. The simplest approach is download the free trial and give it a whirl. There's a lot of 20% off sales going on right now so if you decide to buy, it's a good time of year to do it.
I use them both - and I love them both equally. SKTools and MemMaid have started to collide in terms of features, but I find they've got strengths the other doesn't - SKTools does more with the registry cleaning, while MemMaid tends to do a better job with automating various tasks (memory compaction, etc) and has a better display for storage usage and CPU/Processes.
Get them both if you can find them cheap - I've not regretted having both on my system since I started.
I also have SKTools and MeMMaid loaded. I agree, they seem to compliment each other well.
