problem after uninstalling memmaid

i have an Eten X800 with WM6 on it.

i installed MemMaid and after a few days i uninstalled it.

now, each time i soft reset my device i get 5-6 popups saying this:

"MemMaidLauncher.exe

The file 'MemMaidLauncher' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannout be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file."

VERY VERY VERY ANNOYING !!!

any ideeas about what to do in order to get rid of these pop-ups?

thanks.

Check your START menu for a link to Memmaid,
it's probably still there and now you removed
the executables it can't find them.

I would reload MemMaid and then go to remove programs in settings and remove it a second time. If this wasn't done it may have left the garbage behind that you're seeing now.

i did this 7 or 8 times(re-install the un-install), from the phone "remove programs" and through my PC's activesync

To remove this popup message:
Using File Explorer, go to:
\Windows\StartUp
Delete any file that has MemMaid in its name.

You could search the registry (after uninstalling) and delete any registry keys related to memmaid.

Dear Customer,

Using FileExplorer,
- Go to \windows\startup.Disabled\
- select all the files you see there
- tap-and-hold and select "copy"
- Go to \windows\startup\
- Tap and hold on an empty area
- Select "paste"
- confirm the overwrite operation if asked
- SoftReset your device.
