Hmm Data lost after Xscale Ctrl

Hi,

i made a bad experience with Xscale Ctrl on my AXIM X5 Advanced (PXA255, A03, 2002). After i switched the bus speed to 199MHz and tried to access to my CF-Card (128 MB) all Files and Directories was corrupted. I had to re-format the CF Card. Now i use the freeware tool Turbo Tray, which do not change the bus speed and since that i have no problems.

But i would like to increase the bus speed to, if i could be sure that my files would be OK.

Perhaps someone is going to find out the reason (i hope so)
