Whats the problem over at Garish Kernels??? egress content
UPDATE:Karl emailed me my registration info today!! Support is there I just had to wait a week.
I love egress. I registered it a while ago and my ppc bricked on me and I was doing a new install on another one but I lost my Serial number for egress. I sent him a few emails over a week ago giving him all the transaction details from the original purchase and explaining my dilemma, but I have gotten ZERO replies.
I guess I could re-buy it, but with this kind of support I would rather buy another product. Customer support is just as important to me as the prouduct itself. So I am a bit pissed off about this.
To top it off I cant get the demo to run since I installed it before I changed the date (dumb).
I mean even a reply like "Too bad. You lost the serial. It wasnt my turn to watch your registration code. Buy a new one." would be better than no reply at all.
Its good software but it doesn't appear to have any support. So im up for other suggestions right now, unless one of you know the developer and can put a post it in his nightstand.
