Where are My Font Files?

Last week, I posted a thread about Adaptxt, a data entry keyboard with the ability to learn and anticipate response. I have been bothered by Adaptxt using a 'wierd' font that is heavy block print and difficult to read. The company says it normally picks Tahoma or Courier, which would be great for me, but somehow it is finding this other font.

I checked under Windows/Fonts and the folder is empty.
I run a lot of wxtra stuff such as Wisbar where the themes sometimes come with other fonts. I have RESCO keyboard and TenGo keyboard installed (I think that Adaptxt could be better if the font issue is fixed) but I doubt that they are causing the font issue.

Thus, how can I find, easily, all the fonts that may be hiding on my handheld as well as my SD card?
Thanks
