Like the title says... I've tried Adobe's version, as well as PocketXPDF, but the document is like 700 pages, and neither one is nearly fast enough to be usable.

Have you used the Adobe Reader available on the Adobe website, or have you used Adobe Reader LE? I've found Reader LE to be much faster--look on xda-devs for a cab file.

I've never even heard of Adobe Reader LE. Will any version I find of it work on an x51v?

The FASTEST is Foxitreader... And is even capable of opening a 100+ MB file...
