I found this MSN Messenger App. that is Messenger but it is older than the one that comes with Pocket PCs. It has some features though that the standard Pocket PC Messenger doesn't have, like it put's a little messenger icon the bottom taskbar on the today screen. And if you click it gives you the option to sign-in, sign-out, and open messenger. Here's the download..
