Aximsitex3icon kill an application

Hello Gentlemen,

How can I run "CPU Usage", "MemMaid" or any other application you have in my .NET application and kill another application whtch is staying in the memory?
Any suggestion?

If you mean that the app is always there after bootup you can check
Windows/StartUp for a .lnk to the app and delete it,this will at next
bootup/soft reset stop that app from being initiated.
