Seymour

I read a really interesting review of a utility called SEYMOUR and I was very excied about trying it out. I installed it but when I clicked on the icon in the start menu, nothing happened. I would like to know if anyone has had any luck with Seymour and I would also really likeknow what the trick is to making it go.

Also although the split screen feature seems to be the main thing about Seymour, I am actually more interested in have the text editing menu (cut, copy, past, etc.) available to use for programs that do not have one. I would also like to try a program that just has that that if anyone could suggest one that would be a more economical option ( I would really prefer to avoid have to do skinnng or anything very complicated to get those functions).

Thanks in Advance for any help or suggestions!

Update: I found that it acutally did work except that I could not see that it was working because I also use the Dell Switch Bar and apparently Seymour also occupies the same exact area and therefore I could not see the icon/button that controls the dropdown menu becuase it was 'behind' the Dell Switch Bar. If I understand correctly they plan to offer more flexibiliby in term of where the icon is located in a future version.

I really like to have the Dell Switch Bar going because it has the brightness control -- that I know exactly where it is on the screen -- sometime the setting for the bringhtness on my Axim gets moved to the darkest setting (for reasons that are not clear to me) and I have learned to get it back to normal sort of by "feel" using the Switch Bar to get to the screen for brightness control settings. I gues that I could map a hardware button to the brightness control but I sort of fear that that would only encourage the brightness to get change when I did not intend for it too even more, though the inadvertant pressing of the hardware button.
