Question Is Dinarsoft dead?

Not a peep about updates since June of last year.

I sent them an email late in February 2009 and got a response, so not dead yet, Jim.

That's good to hear, as I was wondering too!

nice to know they'll answer an e-mail. otoh, it could have just been a mailbot.
now if only they were even just a little proactive in the development of their apps.

If it was a mailbot, it had more personality than some people I have worked with over the years.

If you have specific requests I suggest that you send them their way yourself. You might encourage them to drop in here now and again, too. ;)

If anyone even NEEDS to ask them to "drop in" to their own support forum, then something's wrong.

Sigh. Such negativity.

Dear All,

We are still here. In the past year we have been busy with many things that carried us away from updating the product and creating new products. Then we faced some development resource issues.

We are now getting back on track and you should expect to see various updated to existing products as well as new product in the soon future.

For some reason, we did not get a notification that new threads were created in the support forum. That's why we did not respond earlier. Thanks to our caring customer 'John' who told us about this thread.

Thanks, AKAJohnDoe. I'm looking forward to the latest DinarSoft offerings.

@DinarSoft...I'll let Chris know about the notifications issue.

I too have always used MemMaid and would love to see some updates. I would like to see something with a WM6.5 flow to it...

Customer Support is completely dead

What's with customer support? I've emailed key@dinarsoft.com, as well as 2 other support numbers twice about an invalid key that was sent to me when I purchased HandySwitcher. It's been over a week now, and I haven't heard anything. I was really enjoying HandySwitcher after my purchase, without noticing that the key that was sent to me when I purchased it apparently hadn't unlocked it. You were apparently quick about debiting my credit card, but not so interested in customer support after the sale. I'm definitely not buying anything else from this company, but since HandySwitcher is the best task switcher that I've found, I would like a key that works.

If anyone on this forum knows where I can download a keygen to generate my own key, let me know that as well. I've paid for the software, but since Dinarsoft apparently doesn't care about their customers, I need to get a key wherever I can find one. I've never used a keygen, so any help with how one works would be appreciated as well.

Perhaps you could try sending them a private message through this forum - they have replied to this thread, so you can find them to leave a private message pretty easily.

I understand your frustration, but your request in regards to getting a keygen and generating your own key is inappropriate for this forum since such "tools" can be used to pirate software. If anyone responds with information about getting a keygen, using a keygen or anything along those lines, their post will be deleted immediately, and they will be banned from the forum.

ok, where's the support then?

They responded to this thread in MARCH! Do they expect their customers to be content waiting MONTHS in order to hear a reply???? If they think that's acceptable customer service, then they should be out of business! Dinarsoft, if you don't want any customers, please take down the online order site so that others won't be duped into getting ripped off like I was. Or maybe you just want the MONEY, but don't want to do anything for it!

I just want to be able to use the software that I paid for. I don't think that's an unreasonable request.

If you don't want to be bothered by giving me a reply to any of my emails, at least credit my card back the money you owe me. Then I'll be done with you and you won't ever have to hear back from me again!
